Stack it up! Sundays mean pancakes….with fried bananas on top ? (just slice banana, fry in some coconut oil and sprinkle with cinnamon and coconut sugar) and the pancakes are just 2c GF flour, 1/2c coconut sugar, 2tbsp baking powder, tsp of salt, 2 c almond milk, 1tbsp apple cider vinegar and a 1/4 cup coconut oil. Enjoy!
